About the Position: About Smiles Chatswood is a modern 8 chair fast-paced cosmetic-focused practice with state-of-the-art technology.
We are seeking a personable and professional Receptionist with Dental experience to join our team on a full-time basis - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and every second Saturday.
We provide ongoing training and development to support your career growth.
At its core, this role is about: Delivering exceptional care - patients always come first, especially when we are working with children.Patient management; answering phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments, and taking payments.Proactively helping keep us running - working closely with practitioners and the wider practice team to make sure things are running smoothly.What can we offer you? Experience as a Dental receptionist - you may have Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting, but most importantly be capable of working closely with a team and a willingness to continue to learn.A bright, engaging personality, with enthusiasm and commitment.A team player.
