The Dental Receptionist is a crucial and pivotal role as you are the face and center point of the business. It is the first and the last point of contact for our incredible clients' life-changing experiences. In this role, you manage all admin and reception tasks calmly and confidently. You provide a steady and reassuring presence to both our clients and our team by communicating calmly and clearly throughout the client management process as well as running an efficient and well-organized appointment scheduling system. You strive to go above and beyond to really 'wow' the client throughout the process. In the team, you play a valued role in creating a positive and forward-focused culture, supporting and looking out for your colleagues when they are in need. About You
You're motivated by the chance to help, make a real difference, and transform people's lives. You'd describe yourself as a bit of a perfectionist, a good judge of situations, and at thinking on your feet. You love working in a team environment.
