About You Gift of the Gab – Great Communication Skills Enthusiastic and Vibrant Open Minded, Friendly, Sociable Diligent and Hardworking Empathetic and patient Qualifications & experience Senior Secondary Certificate (Year 12) 2+ years experience in customer service or reception Experience in a dental clinic or medical facility is preferred (not required) Tasks & responsibilities Incoming Calls Booking Appointments Receiving payments Patient Check in and check out Reliable transport and willingness to work at different clinics around Canberra is a must.
