We're seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors professionally
Manage patient appointments and schedules
Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Process payments and insurance claims
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks

Receptionist Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required)
