Dental Practice Manager

Hopkins Dental Surgery is looking for a skilled practice manager to join our experienced dental team.
We are seeking that special someone who creates a positive environment for both staff and patients with their leadership and guidance.
About the role This leadership role is permanent full-time and is pivotal to further develop the growth of the practice as a whole.
This is a new position for our practice due to the growth of the business and the increasingly complex systems that we require to maintain our high standard of patient care and service as an accredited practice.
As practice manager, you will oversee and manage the performance and daily operations of the practice.
You will work closely with the clinical and administrative teams, coordinating and developing resources, ensuring processes and procedures are optimal for the practice to run efficiently.
We are a practice that believes in growth for all of our team and supports the development of excellent working relationships.
Skills and experience Ideally, you would have previous experience and qualifications as a practice manager, with a dental focus.
You are able to demonstrate an ability to develop, manage, and support an established practice.
You have experience in marketing, business development, team management, and enjoy working in a busy team environment.
Using sound judgment and initiative, along with great communication skills, you can develop this role into one that allows your personal development to be fulfilled.
