Dental Practice Manager - Coffs Harbour, New South WalesPractice ManagerSeeking experienced managerLovely practice placing quality above quantityCompetitive remunerationDENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER TO HELP US RAISE OUR BABYThis lovely little dental practice has had our time and attention as our baby for 7 full years and we still love it to bits, but with a real baby on our hands, we need an experienced practice manager to help our small team with day-to-day leadership and guidance.This position is ideal for an experienced practice manager who would like to work 4 days a week in a 4-chair clinic with a strong patient base, a committed little team and water views.As our practice manager you will:Work with our team to ensure each visit builds trust and dental confidenceHelp to train and develop our front office and clinical teamsHelp with rostering and recruitment for support roles as requiredOversee reconciliation, payment plans and budgetsImplement infection control systems and facility maintenanceQualifications:- Cert III, IV or further management education is advantageousSkills:Great people management skills and ability to positively motivateBusiness capabilities for administrationAccountability for self and othersProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, written and verbal communicationResponsiveness to email, text and project management software as requiredHigh attention to detailProactive approach with weekly task planning and ability to work independently to achieve goalsAbility to assist with sterilisation, front desk or chairside as required (rare, but possible)Resilience, stamina and a 'glass half full' attitudeWhy you might want to join us:We are about quality over quantity.
