We work alongside GP's and Urgent care doctors in the same health centres which enables more exposure to patients.

Your role:

Reporting into the Head of Dentistry, the Dental Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of all dental sites. This includes, but is not limited to day-to-day operations, human resource matters, centre profitability, asset management, centre resourcing and general administration.

This role involves regular travel to our 6 clinics, so flexibility is required.

What you will be doing: Provide day to day supervision and leadership to Dental team members to ensure organisational functions are achievedManage and oversee dental operations, ensuring optimum service quality is achieved while meeting cost and productivity targetsPlan and manage daily workforce requirements and productivity with the Dental (Practice) ManagersOversee and participate in the induction of new staffEnsure dental administration and support staff are operating and complying with appropriate policies and procedures To join us you will have: Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position ideally within dentistry or an equivalent health industry (Essential)Background in corporate, health, community or commercial based sectorsGood knowledge of systems, tools and processes within the ambit of this positionAbility to build rapport quickly with all key stakeholders and personnelDemonstrated experience in building resilient people and teams through performance management and in an effective coaching styleExceptionally well-organised and demonstrated ability to problem solveHighly developed technical skills within all Microsoft Office Suite programsExcellent communication, negotiation, and positive influencing skillsCurrent C class drivers' licence What's in it for you?
