About the PRACTICE:A professional & friendly practice is seeking a full time/part time receptionist (3-5 days) to manage & co ordinate front desk duties. Offering all patient services from dental treatment offered are extensive & provide an interesting work place very similar to a specialist environment. With a loyal local patient base of adult & child orthodontics, extensive restorative treatment plans of implants, crowns & oral surgery procedures this administrative role is rewarding, challenging & interesting.About YOU:Five Years experience in front desk patient management, scheduling & accounts receivable using Hicaps, DVA & CDBS systemsProfessionalism, communication skills, keen attention to detail & customer serviceSolid computer skills (Exact dental software experience an advantage but not essential)Experience in the dental field is essential (dental nursing is preferred)Can Speak MandarinAbout your TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES:Front desk management of patient appointment scheduling & patient treatmentCustomer service by greeting, welcoming, and directing patients appropriatelyManagement of accounts receivable to include Hicaps, Medicare & DVA claimsManage patient referrals & liaise with specialists on treatment plansLiaise with numerous laboratories using our lab work tracking systemWhat's on OFFER:3-5 days (8am-6pm) FT/PTLong term current staff creating an experienced & professional teamConvenient location
