About the Role: Dental Client Experience Coordinator – Full-Time

Professional Presentation – you walk the walk, talk the talk, and look the part
Superb Communication – you must be efficient and efficacious
Dedicated, Diligent, and Dependable
Strong IT skills – expert in Excel, Word, Outlook, and more.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Incoming Calls
Outgoing Calls
Emails and SMS
Booking Appointments
Explaining Treatment Plans
Payment Plans
Converting leads from advertising
Maintaining a Call Log and Trackers
Reporting KPIs to Management Team
