Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist!At our practice, we offer a comprehensive range of dental services, from routine check-ups and cleanings to advanced treatments like veneers, teeth whitening, and implants.
We are dedicated to providing patient-focused care, always prioritising our patients' needs to ensure a positive dental experience with every visit.We are seeking vibrant, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating beautiful smiles.Job DescriptionAs the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists as well as patient recalls, typing, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.You will support our highly experienced team of clinicians with various interesting dental procedures during patient appointments.
You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation and infection control and also stock control.
Working beside experienced Dentists will give you a great insight into our practice and a rare opportunity to learn from one of the best.Responsibilities:Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.Provide clinical chairside assistance.Ensure excellent patient care.Maintain sterilization processes.Manage stock and supplies.Maintain a clean and hygienic clinical environment.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist.Experience in dental terminology and procedures.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of dental software.Additional Information:But it's not just about us!
