As a fairly new clinic with modern equipment, we are rapidly growing our patient base and expanding our team to accommodate three additional chairs. We are currently seeking a receptionist who is not only experienced in dental clinic operations but also possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for dentistry.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome patients to our modern and comfortable clinic.Efficiently manage appointments, schedules, and patient records using the EXACT practice management software.Provide seamless support to our dental team in delivering top-tier care.Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and maintaining patient files.Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support both in person and over the phone.Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient flow and smooth clinic operations.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our modern reception area.Effectively address inquiries and provide information to patients about our services and policies.Offer assistance with translation for bilingual patients (if applicable).Qualifications:Previous experience working in a dental clinic is required.Proficiency in EXACT practice management software is highly preferred.Experience as a dental assistant is a valuable asset.While bilingual skills are preferred, they are not mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.A compassionate, friendly, and empathetic attitude towards patients.A genuine passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Working Hours:Initially, this position is part-time with flexible hours.
