Dental Administration / Dental Assisting (Transferrable skills welcomed!) Join Our Growing Team at Bunbury Orthodontics Centre! We are looking for someone who wants to enhance their skills over time. This is a multifaceted role across dental assisting and practice administration. We are committed to supporting our staff long-term and providing professional training both onsite and through our consulting partners. Whether you have dental experience or transferrable skills from administration or even sales, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities: Dental Assisting: Provide hands-on support to our Orthodontist during patient appointments in the clinic. You'll welcome and greet patients, document treatment notes accurately, prepare and change over chairs between appointments, and ensure instruments are thoroughly sterilised following proper protocols. Your attention to detail and commitment to patient care will help create a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for both the team and patients. Receptionist Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet patients, and handle new patient enquiries with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. Future Treatment Coordination: Receive professionally structured training delivered through our consulting partners. Assist in new patient consultations, ensuring smooth communication between patients, orthodontists, and support staff. We need someone who excels at organising, loves improving systems and knows how to work at a fast pace. You should be able to set your own tasks, follow through on patient communication, and proactively solve issues before elevating them to our Orthodontist.
