About the role Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for managing vehicle fleets?
Join Inchcape Australia as a Demo Fleet Administrator, where you'll ensure the smooth management and administration of Demo Fleet vehicles.
Your role will focus on maintaining accurate information, managing vehicle logistics, and supporting the sale and turnover of demo vehicles.
Further to the above your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Prioritize sold vehicles to ensure timely delivery.Coordinate vehicle logistics with compounds, auction houses (Manheim & Pickles), and dealers.Process vehicle registrations, spare keys, and database updates.Liaise with journalists, dealers, and drivers for bookings and vehicle schedules.Oversee fleet turnover, including ordering, preparation, and vehicle sales.Ensure vehicle records are up to date, including mileage tracking, appraisals, and specifications.Prepare and process bonus, incentive claims, and invoices.Provide monthly reporting on fleet performance and logistics.Why join us?Explore the range of benefits Inchcape offers its employees in recognition of their contribution to our success.
