Located under the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, our five-star hotel boasts 189 premium rooms and suites, offering a truly luxurious experience on the vibrant heritage waterfront pier.Pier One Sydney Harbour is not just a workplace; it's a place where you can showcase your talents and make a real impact on our guests' experience.We work every day to elevate our associate's experience.Some of your Key Responsibilities:Perform any reasonable task as requested by management.Keeps the work areas tidy and clean.Minimizes spoilage and utilizes food surplus control.Maximizes personal productivity.Stores food as per the 43 point checklist.Ensures that all food is prepared and served according to the standard set by the Hotel.Produces cooking and presentation of food under supervision.Ensures standard recipes are used and that food is presented according to pictures.Ensures that all machines, furniture (fridges, benches, etc.
