What you will do? Pasta Specialists: Create and prepare fresh pasta dishes with precision, showcasing your culinary expertise.Larder Section Experts: Handle larder operations, ensuring top-notch plating and presentation with meticulous attention to detail.Design, prepare, and present high-quality dishes with creative flair.Develop menus, estimate food and labor costs, and secure food supplies while managing the departmental budget.Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to hazard analysis and critical control points, and food safety.Collaborate and assist team members with various kitchen duties, as well as engaging guests to enhance the first-class guest dining experience. More About You Experience in either pasta preparation or larder section operations, with strong attention to detail and presentation skills.Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5, or equivalent.Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial.2+ years' experience monitoring food and labour cost, menu costing, and development.Experience ordering inventory, as well as procedures including cost controls, and handling invoices.Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster.
