THE OPPORTUNITY This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef to join the renowned Gold Coast restaurant, Ioesco Restaurant .
We are currently seeking a casual for this role, but would happily offer Full Time for the right candidate .
For over a decade, Ioesco has been bringing an authentic Italian dining experience to Sanctuary Cove locals and the greater Gold Coast community.
Ioesco is a premium, traditional Italian family restaurant with emphasis on technique and produce.
The role you will work closely with our Venue Manager and Head Chef and is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills in your hospitality career.

Working closely with the senior Kitchen team, the Demi Chef will: Assist the Head Chef with the daily management of the venue Ensure food and menu quality is at its highest and meets set standards Assist in the reduction of food waste by following portion control standards Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the kitchen at all times To be successful in this role, you will have: A passion for food & ability to work independently A team player attitude, displayed in both internal kitchen teams and the greater business A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene Enthusiasm, commitment, and seeking the opportunity to learn and develop professionally Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience Own transport Must have flexible availability to assist in fulfilling busy weekends and weeknights.
