We are currently recruiting a Full-time Demi Chef for Apron Restaurant in Pullman Hotel. About Us The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
 
About the role Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.Perform tasks within a timely manner.Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards.Maintain standards of all health and hygiene requirements. Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
 About You Food Safety Certificate is essential. Excellence in customer service A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.Understanding of workplace health and safety principalsValid visa for the next 12 months.
