The Dementia Support Assistant provides individualized one-on-one support and engagement to residents living with dementia in Eldercare Memory Support Units.
This role will work closely with the site-based leadership team with best practice and professional support provided by Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dementia, to provide high-quality care and support to residents.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since the date of issue.
