We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dementia Care Champion to join our team.
This role is perfect for an Assistant in Nursing who has a passion for dementia care and is committed to enhancing the meaningful engagement of people living with dementia.
Role Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to residents with dementia.
Implement individualized care plans.
Engage residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.

Previous experience in dementia care is highly desirable.
