We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, based in our Nundah - Brisbane.
As the customer service officer, you will be part of our dynamic team, providing a high level of customer service assisting in sales administration, service & repair and telephone support. You will be liaising with a variety of areas within the business including sales & marketing, stores, dispatch, and production to provide our customers with the exceptional service they have come to expect.
You will be working 38hrs per week rostered Monday – Friday.
Start finish times are between 8am to 5pm (8hs/day with 30 min break).
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing, clarifying & processing sales orders Customer liaison & support (phone and email) of a non-technical nature Invoicing & generation of dispatch documents Registration of Hearing Aid orders into and out of the database Notifying customers of production/repairs updates Generation of proforma invoices when required Generation of credit notes Mail outs and other assistance to the Sales and Marketing Department as required To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following: Experience working with a high-volume call desk Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to deal with people at all levels Positive attitude and flexible approach Patience and compassion Sound knowledge of MS office products Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills Ability to problem solve and make decisions Ability to work autonomously and within a team What's in it for you: Be a part of a fast-growing global business that offers best in class hearing care MyRewards program – a program that offers discounts to more than 300 retailers and services across Australia.
