This role will see you ensure smooth and efficient coordination of activities involved in the supply chain process by collaborating with various stakeholders including; Product, Business Development, Retail, Marketing, Manufacturing & Distribution, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure everyone is working toward common goals.If you are someone who is strong in excel and working with data, but also enjoys a role that will see you build relationships cross-functionally - then this is the opportunity for you!At Specsavers, we believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternative location, you will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.In this role you will be responsible for:Maintenance of key reports used across the function to measure and improve performance, including but not limited to demand data, service data, despatch data, returns data, and localised inventory master data.Capture data and information from various sources and systems to create and enable consolidated reporting used to inform decision making.Collaborate with Product and Retail teams to support and co-ordinate the end-to-end product life cycle.Order placement and scheduling of incoming orders.Document and maintain standard operating procedures.Essential skills/experience we are looking for:You will be self-motivated and organised with the proven ability to prioritise work tasks efficiently.An enthusiastic team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working with large quantities of data to organise, analyse and report on.A good understanding of Excel.About UsSpecsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
