Job purpose The Demand Planning & Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for the demand planning process and execution for all products in the APAC region. The role also incorporates the supply chain process consisting of placement of timely orders with our manufacturing partners and coordination of stock into warehouse.
Key Responsibilities Maintain all master data associated with demand planning & supply chain requirements.Have an in-depth understanding of all customer products, menu rotations and product loading ratios.Provide and maintain statistical forecasts across all products and customers.Contribute to improvement initiatives to advance forecast accuracy.Prepare & facilitate the weekly demand planning / forecast meeting.Act as a first point of contact for our manufacturing partners regarding supply chain matters.Engage with Suppliers, packers & logistics providers to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure service levels are achieved.Work closely with the fulfilment team regarding timing of in-bound deliveries and ensuring the fulfilment team has insight of stock movements and stock levels.Inform and advise senior management on the outlook for supply, highlighting issues, risks and opportunities for improvement.Support the business in the implementation and upgrade of systems, to drive automation.Person Specification Knowledge and skills Experience in a demand/supply planning role, or similar.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, effective team player.Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work to deadlines.Ability to work independently.High attention to detail and accuracy.Experienced in the use of using ERP systems as part of driving data driven decision making.End to end supply chain experience is desirable.If you're interested in applying for this role, please send a copy of your most recent CV to ****** - Please no agencies.
