About our team As the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, we operate more than 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils and animal feed industries. About the role We're currently looking for a Demand Planner to join the team to deliver optimal customer demand plans as well as manage customer accounts. The role can be based in either Sydney, Tamworth, Marong or Wagga Wagga. Our Demand Planning team engages with customers regarding the delivery of grain to domestic and export markets. You'll manage customer orders, partnering closely with our operations teams across the east coast to coordinate those orders. The role also involves troubleshooting supply chain disruptions and managing related risks; managing customer orders in our inventory management system (SAP) and the customer experience, from order to delivery. About your experience Our ideal candidate has experience in a similar role dealing with customers in commerce, agriculture, supply chain management, or a similar industry and a genuine interest to learn and contribute to one of the largest grain supply chains in Australia. You'll also have: Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), with SAP experience being beneficial. Sound communication skills to collaborate and influence effectively (especially with our customers). Ability to work independently, plan and prioritise well, and achieve accuracy in your work.
