We are on the hunt for a Junior Demand Planner to support our Logistics Team. The Junior Demand Planner is a crucial role within our supply chain team, responsible for assisting in the accurate forecasting of product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate with various departments.
  
This role reports to the General Manager and will be part of  the Logistics team.

What you'll do Assist with forecasting and planning of inventory levels to ensure optimal SKU management and product availability while minimising operational and logistics costsCollaborate with various stakeholders, such as, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain to produce demand forecast supported by data analysis and market trends to ensure all KPIs targets are achievedDaily review of inventory levels to ensure alignment with consensus forecasted demand for ALL brandsAnalyse and interpret data to identify trends, potential issues and opportunities for inventory optimisation for ALL brandsWeekly reporting of review of demand planning analysis and metrics for ALL brandsParticipate in forecast review meetings and providing insights based on data analysis for ALL brandsAssist in communicating to relevant stakeholders regarding forecast changes, production issues, and any other applicable issuesIn-depth knowledge of each SKU performance across ALL brandsWorking closely with 3PL to ensure seamless inventory movement and operationsDaily review of supply plan and inbound and outbound shipment schedule for ALL brandsWeekly stock allocation to stores with strict deadlinesSupervise and provide assistance in purchase orders processing in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersAd-hoc Tasks as required
 What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business , Economics, or a related fieldMin 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting and/or supply chain managementStrong proficiency in Excel Experience with SAP (or other ERP system) (Preferred)Experience in FMCG industries and ability to work with extensive number of SKU counts (Preferred)Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with Attention to detailImpeccable time management skill to handle workload efficiently in order to meet strict deadlines
