We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Demand Planner to join our team based at our WA Customer Service Centre in South Guildford on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Manager, this individual will be responsible for medium to long term planning and forecasting, ensuring full utilisation of the business's systems with reporting to predict and plan for demand changes.
As a key point of contact and subject matter expert for the forecasting system and processes for all internal stakeholder enquiries, this individual will have direct customer engagement and interaction and will be the project lead on onboarding of new customers; prior to delegating them to forecasting officers to maintain.
This individual will be responsible for the preparation and facilitation of Integrated Business Planning, including production planning, parts constraint issues, stock, contingencies, supply strategy & constraint recommendations, reviews of implemented strategies, etc.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8.5 hrs/day – Full time Permanent
To be successful the following is required: Extensive experience with Business ERP systems. Strong expertise in planning and forecasting. Proficiency in equipment management systems (e.g., AMT, SAP) and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smart Sheet, Primavera, Uptake). Proven ability to train and develop individuals and teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid background in formal project management processes. In-depth knowledge and application of continuous improvement and lean principles. Advanced skills in time management, planning, and organization, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and priorities effectively.
