With a range of quality products, this company maintains an enviable position and is seeking a professional Demand Planner.
The business is a leading supplier of innovative consumer and automotive products to a range of clients, including well-known brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will take full responsibility for the demand, production, and inventory activities for the range of brands allocated.
Your role will include ownership of the planning cycle, continuous improvement, day-to-day production scheduling, and inventory management.
Other duties include: Monthly demand review, looking at forward 12-month projections across all brands/SKUs Develop and conduct regular demand review sessions with all Sales Managers and BDMs Attend regular internal meetings with key stakeholders Maintain an accurate forecast across all brands Weekly order approvals across key stakeholders Maximize stock turns across key lines and minimize potential lost sales Monthly Sales and Demand Review SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To be considered for this position, you will have a solid background in demand or inventory planning, including forecasting (ideally managing a portfolio of $30-40 million) and shipping functions, having worked in operational purchasing, supply chain, or inventory coordinating roles previously.
Other key prerequisites include: Sound experience in a product-based business (retail or wholesale consumer products), ideally with EOL/superseded products Expert-level knowledge of a formal demand planning system (e.g., Netstock, SAP-APO, etc.)
Previous experience in a team environment with well-developed demand planning processes Experience in inventory management and dealing with overseas suppliers Ability to work collaboratively Detail-oriented and action-oriented, a forward planner who solves problems proactively Experience in the tech sector is well regarded CULTURE The company supports individuals and encourages personal development and growth for all employees.
