We're offering a casual position with the exciting possibility of transitioning to permanent for a proven Demand Planner to work within the beverage industry. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, working 5 days a week2 from home and 3 in the office. Choose your own start time between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM, with matching end times to suit your needs.

As a Demand Planner, you will: Play a key role in developing a consensus-driven demand forecast for both domestic and international sales channels. This position requires a collaborative approach, with a strong focus on detail to produce accurate forecasts.
You'll work closely with and influence key stakeholders, including teams from sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. As a member of the Supply Chain department, you will collaborate within the Planning Team, working closely with the Supply Planner/Scheduler. Your goal will be to efficiently manage the balance between demand and supply, identifying opportunities, addressing imbalances, reducing costs, and improving customer service levels.
The ideal person will have: A personable, enthusiastic, and self-driven individual with a strong understanding of business partnerships. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation communication abilities. Proven capability to take initiative and work autonomously without direct oversight. Able to perform effectively under pressure when needed. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver valuable insights and solutions. Ability to collaborate and function as a contributing member of a team. Commitment to ongoing improvement. Solid grasp of all aspects of the Supply Chain function. Proven track record of success working in a cross-functional, team-based environment, particularly within a detailed, multi-phase S&OP process. Degree or ASCI qualification, preferably in economics, supply chain management, finance, or a related field. Strong background in demand planning within the FMCG/Consumer Goods sector. Practical experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools or simulation software (e.g., JDE, SAP, Demantra, or similar). Demonstrated proficiency in PC-based software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Access. If this sounds like a role you can excel in, please apply today!
