Your Opportunity:Demand Planner, Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy The Demand Planner, Diagnostic Imaging and Image Guided Therapy is a hybrid role that will be tasked to build business forecasts for the ANZ market based on insights and data/analytics as well as identify any gaps in achieving the targets. This person will also be collecting input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers, as well as reviewing and analyzing historical sales trends, sell out, stock in trade, and research demand drivers and analyze forecast accuracy results and define and implement corrective actions. This role will be an individual contributor and will directly report to the Integrated Supply Chain Leader for ANZ.
You are responsible for:Create Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for ANZ Planning Groups using the AI baseline forecast which is validated with Supply Chain analytics, and then enriched with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Sales Review.Manage the Demand Planning process for respective businesses and/or Customer Planning Groups.Maintain the demand plan for respective business and/or Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast as input for the Sales Review Meeting, Activity Review.Responsible for End-to-end process of Order Intake, sales & Inventory.Responsible for internal control checks, AM Commission calculation, and coordinating de-booking orders over 18 months.Ensure aged inventory over 120 days is cleared in a timely manner.Support with any pricing escalation and maintain target price.To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, finance or supply chain or the equivalent.8-10 years' experience in demand planning and supply chain management, procurement processes and flows, and S&OP processes.Experience working with 3PL, Medical Technology, and Pharmaceutical companies preferred but not required.O9 Demand Planning tool experience highly preferred.Enthusiastic, Energetic, and Engaging personality.Strong Stakeholder Management experience.Highly Analytical with strong presentation skills.Ability to consistently apply Philips Behavior and Competences.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Strong attention to detail.Why should you join Philips?Working at Philips is more than a job.
