Demand Planner

Our Client is a leading FMCG organisation. They are currently seeking an experienced demand planner to join the team at their head office in Macquarie Park. The Demand Planner is an integral member of the Australian Planning team and will manage the entire end-to-end forecasting process across multiple brand portfolios.Responsibilities:Develop and manage Forecasting Process using SAP IBP / Promax / SAP / BW.Manage the Forecast in SAP IBP with input and collaboration from all sales teams for any Australian customer.Be the primary contact for any demand planning issues for all Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.Conduct Forecast Review meetings monthly with the sales team.Participate in Demand Review and forecast sign-off meetings.Analysis - review of forecast accuracy and other forecast drivers.Improve Forecast Accuracy.Manage forecast input and execution of NPD (New Products Introduction).Be part of NPD project teams representing Demand Planning.Manage the execution of deleted lines (manage run outs - forecast and stock levels).Business partner representing the planning team with the sales and marketing retail teams.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in supply chain, marketing, or sales.3+ years in a demand planning role, preferably in the FMCG industry and ideally in the food sector.Strong computer skills, particularly MS Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Business acumen.What's on Offer:You will be joining a driven team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, resulting in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment.
