The opportunity
The Demand Planner role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate demand forecasts for our Licensed business.
This role is responsible for analysing demand, preparing forecasts, and utilising statistical forecasts in conjunction with promotional and product life cycle activity to provide robust demand volumes (cases) to operations and finance whilst ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with key demand forecast stakeholders are developed and maintained.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop a robust demand forecast in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Category, and RGM, using SAP IBP statistical forecasting tool, scan data, and TPM feed, for at least a rolling 18-24 month horizon. Provide insights and build reports to support Sales and Marketing in reviewing the demand forecast. Chair Channel Review Meetings. Collaborate with Supply and Sales to maximise DIF and minimise SLOBS. Work with Sales and Category to develop and load NPD forecast assumptions. What's in your toolkit?
