The Role The Demand Planner is a newly approved additional role that will provide support to Krispy Kreme's DFD customers and our Retail and Manufacturing teams. You will be responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools, reports and provide data analytics to help build strategic initiatives.

In this sweet role you will:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.Utilize market insights, historical sales trends, consumption trends, and channel-specific promotional activities to develop and refine demand forecasts based on market conditions.Ensure the demand planning system (Reflex) is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current agreed demand plan.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accommodate any demand-related requests.Coordinate demand planning matters to support projects that drive growth objectives, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reduce business waste.Build reports and business reporting tools using Power Query and Power BI.What you can bring to the team: We firmly believe in hiring for cultural contribution and training for skills; however, there are some things we need from you:
Strong analytical skills with a desire to learn new skills.Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation skills using Power Query and Power BI.Multitasking and ability to handle rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong creativity and help build and deliver business tools when required.Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.Ability to effectively communicate and present information to different groups.A commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce and integrity with a commitment to ethical operations.Confidence, passion, and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Supply Chain or Finance) or equivalent training and experience required.2-3 years' experience working in a combination of demand planning and sales operation is required.Experience in data analysis and transformation using Excel and Power BI.Solid knowledge of demand planning fundamentals.Understanding of P&L with an ability to derive messaging based on data.Every day at Krispy Kreme is filled with little moments that have big possibilities!
