As a Demand Planner, you'll lead the short-term (3-month) planning process, ensuring that we meet both customer demands and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities Lead the tactical planning process, including coordinating the monthly S&OP and oversee the rolling 4-week tactical plan within the 12-week period to ensure alignment of asset availability, labour capacity, and workshop needs.Coordinate the weekly planning meeting and collaborate with the workshop scheduler to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Ensure internal and external workshops deliver according to operational schedules.Optimise resource allocation based on asset maintenance schedules, job complexity, and fluctuating customer demand.Coordinate lessons-learned reviews monthly, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Provide insight into long-term capacity planning, influencing future strategies and workforce development. What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in a planning or scheduling role.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience in maintenance management systems (JDE preferred) and a commitment to driving operational success. About Our Recruitment Process
