Job Description Analyse sales trends, market data, and historical performance to develop accurate demand forecasts.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives.Monitor and adjust forecasts based on market changes, promotional activities, and customer feedback.Ensure inventory levels are optimised to meet demand while minimising costs and stock outs.Identify risks and opportunities in the demand planning process and propose solutions.Generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Utilise demand planning tools and software for accuracy and efficiency.Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and planning processes.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical professional with proven experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG sector. They will possess strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills will be essential, alongside excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. They will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
