About the role Reporting to the Senior Business Manager – Commercial Planning & Strategy, the primary focus of this role is to support and manage a robust and transparent monthly demand planning process with the Sales and Commercial Finance teams. Incorporate insights from pricing, planning, and sales teams into the demand plan, and manage forecast exceptions and overrides. Measure performance (e.g., forecast vs actual, MAPE, bias, stability), identify causal drivers of forecast errors and communicate findings to stakeholders. Manage source data, including data cleansing, and ensure accurate recording of all relevant data. Drive the consensus process with the sales team to review assumptions, support IBP cycle meetings, and create clear forecast accountability. Identify demand/supply discrepancies, analyze long-term forecasts, track daily forecasts vs actuals, and recommend improvements or deletions of product lines. About you You are searching for an FMCG professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Planning and Management. Your analytical skills and attention to detail set you apart. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Proficient in enterprise software applications (JDE and Infor a plus). Skilled in supply chain planning, scheduling software application processes, and demand control principles. Strong influencing and communication skills. High-level analytical and planning skills, with experience in analyzing large datasets and generating meaningful insights. Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
