We are looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join our North Sydney based Demand Planning team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the role As a Demand Planner, you will lead all forecasting activities associated with your allocated product portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders.
Specifically, this role will see you taking responsibility for:
Utilising a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that accurate information is used to create demand plans. Providing input to Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. Creating statistical forecasts and completing error analysis to improve/summarise forecasts. Preparing and maintaining relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process Refining systems and methods to continually improve forecasts so that GWA can better anticipate customer needs. About you Along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a demand planning role, you'll have:
Advanced Excel skills Strong experience with data analysis A flexible approach and the ability to think laterally. Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build strong, effective relationships quickly. A tertiary qualification/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Commerce will be well regarded.
