We are now hiring a Demand Planner to join the Fragrance and Beauty planning function.
ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Demand Planner, you will be responsible with assisting the demand forecasting, planning and inventory management for sellable and non-sellable items across the Fragrance and Beauty division.
You will provide demand forecast of new and existing products, during the entire lifecycle through to end of life, for Domestic and Travel Retail.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL You will bring continuous improvement in forecasting to anticipate seasonality and business trends based on client strategies, marketing priorities, events and promotional activities in close collaboration with Product, Sales, Events, CEM.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Manage and maintain monthly tester forecast.
Upload accurate and latest forecast of selling items and SPMs items for Supply Chain to propose air freight orders Isolate and investigate missing forecast with Supply Chain and Regional Forecasting Manage all regional stock transfer request (in and out) to ensure we have optimal stock levels of selling, tester, and SPM's.
Lead monthly PO validation meeting with Supply Chain, to ensure the achievement of sea freight and air freight remains on target.
Analyse and effectively communicate on supply constraint products and highlight risk to key stakeholders.
Monitor the retailer partners sell in trend and highlight these variances to Forecasting Manager for analysis.
Support optimal stock position for selling, tester, SPMs to meet inventory coverage KPIs for both local market and Travel Retail, ensuring valid shelf life and minimal out-of-stocks.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING Demonstrated experience in a similar Forecast, Planning or Supply Chain position.
Proficiency in Excel to an intermediate or advanced standard.
Confidence in X-lookup, pivot tables and advanced formulas would be highly regarded.
