About the Position: We are looking for a Demand Planner based in our Support Office located in Strathpine, Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting demand and managing inventory levels for your designated category, helping to ensure we meet sales and stock targets. Reporting into one of our Senior Demand Planners, you will be part of a team who is focused on delivering the best outcome for our customers through planning and stock replenishment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Forecasting customer demand for the products in your designated category. Ensuring we have the right amount of stock in the right place at the right time to satisfy our customer's needs. Ensuring accurate and on-time replenishment of stock so we have appropriate stock levels in place for promotions and to satisfy customer needs. Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Developing your skills and knowledge to help you grow and to help us continuously improve our established processes. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have: Experience in planning or analytical roles in either retail or FMCG industries. Excellent stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strength in interpreting and analysing data coupled with demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and prioritization with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
