With over-the-counter market leaders including MCoBeauty, Natalis, Chemists' Own, Nude by Nature and Apohealth, VidaCorp continues to gain consumer preference by providing quality, affordable products on both the domestic and international stage.About the role:This position will be responsible for ensuring that sales forecasting is optimised, and a stock policy is established and maintained in order to maximise business revenue and profitability.Key responsibilities:Support and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborating with sales and finance teams.Maintain and update the 18-month forecast for ANZ business, incorporating statistical forecasts and scheduled demand.Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and gather, analyze, and validate data to develop statistical forecasting models.Monitor demand versus forecast regularly to proactively identify issues and incorporate market intelligence into the demand plan.Communicate stock constraints and demand prioritization to relevant stakeholders in collaboration with Supply & Inventory teams.Own New Product Development (NPD) forecasts and ensure new launch factors are incorporated into the demand plan.Lead improvements to demand planning and sales processes, including the implementation of system tools to enhance demand planning.Facilitate regional demand-related meetings and communicate gaps between operational supply chain plans and financial/commercial plans with key stakeholders.Skills/Quals we need:Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and forecasting tools maintenance.Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-related field to provide foundational knowledge.Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Razor-sharp analytical skills for evaluating, analyzing, and presenting data accurately.Independent, self-reliant, and self-starting attitude for proactive problem-solving and process improvement.Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences, enhancing collaboration and understanding.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
