This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demand Manager to join the Darrell Lea team reporting into GM Commercial.
This critical role is responsible for the planning cycle for both our Darrell Lea and Think Products.
The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to challenge to enhance forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibilities include: Collating Internal Sales history and scan sales trends to support volume assumptions by customer, product, and price point.Run monthly meetings with each account team to align on trends, additional consumption, pipe fill timing, and volumes.Collaborate closely with supply/procurement, commercial finance, and operations to optimize customer experience at minimum cost.Provide feedback from the sales team into BR templates to support planning.Reporting on forecast accuracy including a monthly demand review with the key S&OP stakeholders.Budget planning process.Modelling volumes in relation to price increases.Supporting GM commercial with sales reporting and presentations.About you: 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally from an FMCG environment.Highly numerate with the ability to understand data and interpret it in a lateral manner.Exceptional analytical skills and Excel modelling experience.Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.Be an excellent communicator with skills to influence decision-making across all organizational levels.Darrell Lea is a dynamic business that values Respect, Honesty, Accountability, and Teamwork.
