Key responsibilities will be…Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, regulatory and finance) to align demand and inventory goals with business objectives.Facilitate monthly country demand review meetings and regional alignment processes, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes for all stakeholders.Analyse inventory performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise stock levels, avoid stockouts and minimise waste.Mentor and guide others in inventory management practices, sharing knowledge and building capabilities across the region.Lead selected process improvement initiatives to keep systems and workflows evolving while empowering others to embrace change.Monitor and support the rollout of inventory replenishment techniques, ensuring alignment with regional and global standards.Develop and refine inventory control measures to balance cost and service targets while reducing expired stock and scrap.About youRequired SkillsA bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in demand or inventory management, with a track record of solving problems and driving improvements.Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with data analysis tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you'll work across departments and engage with a range of stakeholders.A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn, lead, and take on challenges.Desired SkillsExposure to ERP systems and inventory management practices.Familiarity with working in a regulated or complex supply chain environment (not essential, but a bonus).The ability to think ahead and make data-driven decisions.Key Benefits:A role that offers high visibility and influence in the APAC region, with the chance to shape processes and lead improvements.Mentorship and leadership development, your line manager will actively support your growth as you take on greater responsibilities.The satisfaction of leading and mentoring others, while contributing to the success of a dynamic, growing region.A supportive and flexible working environment that values innovation and improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
