With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.About the Role (What you will be doing)Analyse and maintain demand and supply planning systems to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management, meeting patient needs effectively.Coordinate and enhance communication processes with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of inventory in alignment with operational requirements.Monitor and identify capacity constraints, including out-of-stock situations or supply shortages.Develop and recommend corrective actions and preventative strategies to minimise operational risks and enhance supply chain efficiency.Evaluate inventory management practices, focusing on reducing Slow Moving and Obsolete Stock (SLOB) to improve inventory health and resource utilisation.Prepare and develop detailed reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and support decision-making processes.Enhance visibility into operational performance through comprehensive reporting mechanisms.Conduct reviews of business processes, recommending and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and support organisational objectives.Perform other duties as directed, contributing to the analysis and improvement of organisational systems and processes.Experience RequiredProven experience in demand forecasting and planning methodologies within a relevant industry / role.Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of critical and strategic thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.Why you should join EucOur teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong.
