Reporting into the Global Segment Planning Lead, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing a segment portfolio from demand planning through to supply planning, working with multiple stakeholders including Suppliers, Sales & Marketing, Customer service, Supply Chain, and our International Business partners.What is in it for you?Join a highly regarded global organisation - leading the way!Play a key role within a collaborative, forward-thinking teamBe supported to excel in your role, ongoing learning, and developmentBe a part of a fun, hardworking, and people-focused organisationState of the art offices, great cafes, and onsite parkingCompetitive salary, wellness day, flexibility and so much more…What you will be responsible for?Demand planning at Key Customer level for an ANZ business divisionWorking closely with Sales teams on all relevant inputs and insights to ensure demand plans are aligned to the Sales BudgetsContinuous improvement on all areas of forecast accuracy and customer trend analysisPrepare and present monthly S&OP/IBP reporting suits to management teamsPerform monthly demand and supply cycle meetings with key leadership teamEnsure monthly supply planning activities are completedManage inventory for a portfolio while maintaining stock levels in line with demand plans delivering exceptional customer service levelsRaise purchase orders in line with processes and policies in a timely mannerEnsure stock levels are maintained within agreed business parametersEnsure all relevant Supply Master Data is maintained in the ERP systemCollaboration with the Sales teams conducting gap analysis reviewsRun adhoc reports as required to support wider team's requirements on all demand and supply related topicsReview and highlight Excess and Obsolete inventory and projections with relevant stakeholdersPrepare inventory stock projections to managementNPD purchase orders tracked and communicated with sales teamsWhat do you need to be successful?2 years' experience in a similar demand and supply roleProven skills and knowledge of SAP (APO and IBP) is preferred but not essentialStrong business acumen and a customer-centric mindsetHigh-level presentation skills, be an excellent communicatorProficient in Microsoft suite, especially ExcelStrong communication skills, passion for product & supply chainAbility to work as a team as well as autonomouslyBe willing to learn, grow and develop in your role!#J-18808-Ljbffr
