Job Description We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our small but well-established team. Specifically, this role will:
Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain various spreadsheets, supporting in the production of business-critical reports, ensuring dispatch dates and DIFOT reason codes are kept up to date. Assist in the analysis, identification, and reduction of redundant raw and packaging material. Expedite and manage deliveries to meet production requirements. Liaise with internal stakeholders to keep them informed of progress. Perform a range of administrative activities for various departments. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in the role you will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people. Fast and accurate data manipulation skills in databases, specifically Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive thinker with the willingness to use initiative.
