This exciting new role involves managing all aspects of our branches in Albany and Manypeaks. You will be responsible for leading your team to achieve earnings and return targets. Excellent financial incentives are available based on your success.
As the Retail Branch Manager, your role will encompass:
Having a positive working relationship with your team, providing mentorship and coaching to lead them to success. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Identifying new opportunities that drive growth. Ensuring your branch is committed to our strong safety culture. Participating in marketing initiatives and promotional events. ABOUT YOU
To excel as our Retail Business Manager you will:
Have a proven track record in sales and or retail management within ag services (preferably broadacre experience). Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients. Possess sound financial knowledge and strong commercial business acumen. ABOUT DELTA AG
