About the role: The Delivery Support Offer (DSO) provides a critical customer focused Administration and Scheduling support for the Zinfra Gas Services Business to both internal and external customers.
This includes allocation and dispatching of workflow Projects and Construction activities to Zinfra Service Providers.
The Delivery support officer the Zinfra NSW Business unit by: Handling incoming customer service calls Inbox management of customer/builder/contractor enquiries and complaints handling Data entry and maintaining registers Maintaining construction build status of jobs received Outbound calls as required Preparing and running reports Admin support to the team in general Dial Before You Dig maps as required About you: Experience in Scheduling and Administrative Support Services Demonstrated knowledge and use of SAP (training can be provided) Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with multiple conflicting priorities Demonstrated success and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail Proven ability to self-manage workflow and demonstrate initiative We are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
