Join our dynamic Digital Solutions team as a Delivery Specialist and play a key role in driving a range of exciting solutions that support our business needs.
As a Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for meeting with end users, capturing their digital requirements and helping to transform them into various digital sprints and projects.
You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to provide tailored business analysis and project management services, as well as contributing to quality assurance outcomes that ensure the overall success of our digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of digital solutions that are critical to the success of our customers and the enterprise.Interface with the Digital Solutions Lead and stakeholders to elicit and capture requirements and expected benefits.Provide business analysis and minor project management services to support successful delivery with an ability to vary approach.Lead the implementation of non-complex digital projects and work on time and to budget.About You: We are looking for candidates who thrive in collaborative environments and have a passion for championing digital solutions across a similar size business.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring hands-on experience in Digital Partnering or Business Analysis (in a technology or business environment), backed by relevant qualifications.
Your experience in listening, influencing and using a variety of techniques to support analysis such as functional decomposition, process analysis, process modelling, data analysis, root cause analysis, data flow and use case will be key.
Experience in delivering digital projects will be highly regarded.
You will have a strong desire to learn and grow as you navigate your way around differing customers, technologies and digital solutions.
The ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and navigate interdependencies - all while maintaining a high standard of quality - will be critical to your success.
