In this job you will:As Delivery Services Officer at DHL, you'll have a strong focus on customer service, enjoy delivering product within the designated area of work for this established business, have previous experience in this area, and live in the metropolitan area.

Complete multi-drop deliveriesLoad vehiclesPlan routesProvide customer service, including answering any inquiriesSecure delivery of items within specified time framesHave knowledge of the Melbourne Metro areaFollow procedures associated with the locking and inspection of vehiclesAdhere to stringent security requirementsRecord deliveries using computer systemsYou have the following qualities & qualifications:Prior experience with multi-drop deliveries is essentialCurrent C Class license with the ability to drive a manual vehicleProven experience with route planningExperience with face-to-face customer serviceClear communication skillsAccurate recording of information, including experience using handheld technologyDemonstrates a Can Do attitudeWilling to undergo a Security Clearance as part of the recruitment processAbility to provide a recent Driving Record
