We are looking for a Delivery Services Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (22 hours per week), for an 18-month contract.
About the role The Delivery Services Officer will work closely with a small number of clubs, coaches and program deliverers to improve the digital enablement outcomes, administrational capabilities and local area marketing initiatives of tennis venues in regional Victoria.
The position involves working with volunteers, tennis coaches and deliverers to grow their understanding of digital platforms and online promotions to increase the visibility and digital presence of the tennis programs they offer to the local community.
This will lead to increased participation and stronger relationships between coaches, clubs, associations and schools.
In this role you will: Support administration and maintenance of ClubSpark platforms at each Venue.
Assist coaches and program deliverers to maximise the Tennis Coaching toolkit.
Create local area marketing collateral as requested by the coach and club.
Help clubs with their Customer Service channels (in-person, phone and email channels).
Support clubs with their Customer Service channels (in-person, phone and email channels).
The administration and maintenance of Tennis Australia systems as relevant to each club (ie.
League Manager, Tournament Planner, UTR, Bounce).
About you What you will bring to the role: Very high proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge and skills.
Able to work independently and communicate clearly with others.
Excellent stakeholder relationship and stakeholder management skills.
A background & passion for tennis (or sport) at a community level will be looked upon favourably.
Qualifications and/or suitable experience in marketing, social media and webpage design & content (desirable).
You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check .
