About the Team & the Position ??The Energy Markets Cyber Coordination team is responsible for one-off and annual initiatives and projects aligned to AEMO's responsibilities to enhance the cyber preparedness and maturity of energy market participants.
As the team's Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the team's delivery of these critical projects.
You will support the team to ensure they are delivered on time, to a high quality and with the involvement of the right stakeholders across AEMO, State, Territory and Commonwealth Government Agencies and electricity and gas market participants.
?These initiatives include: ?Establishing, maintaining, and growing partnerships with industry market participants and government stakeholders at all levels.
?Facilitating and supporting cyber security maturity uplift across grids and markets through maintenance and promulgation of sector specific maturity frameworks such as the AESCSF.
?Supporting AEMO's internal and market facing cyber exercises.
?Supporting implementation of assigned roles under the various energy sector rules.
?Managing internal and service provider resources to support cyber security research activities on emerging issues affecting energy grids and markets; and ?Promoting a shared understanding of the cyber threat environment.

Please note the Energy Markets Cyber Coordination team is distributed across Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne Position Responsibilities Establish and maintain productive working relationships across a complex landscape of stakeholders across AEMO, government agencies and energy market participants.
Based on the input of the team, coordinate the scoping and delivery of critical initiatives including cyber incident response exercises, the annual Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF) program and other high profile and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate internal and service provider resources to deliver outcomes.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow ups.
Development of clear, concise, and high-quality communications and project reports.
Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding the state of each project and its associated issues and risks.
Support the Manager - Energy Market Cyber Coordination to report on progress against initiatives via relevant governance mechanisms.
Support the team with logistics including procurement activities, ad-hoc documentation and coordinating feedback across large stakeholder groups.
Other duties as required Position Requirements Skills & Experience: Experience in operations and/or project delivery in the cyber security field.
Familiarity with cyber frameworks (for example NIST, C2M2, AESCSF) and/or exposure to cyber incident response exercises would be favourable.
Familiarity with the Australian energy sector would be favourable.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in working and problem solving independently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to facilitate and manage complex stakeholder and delivery landscapes.
Procurement, program and project management skills; financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management.
Experience with vendor selection and performance management.
Ability to travel interstate and work flexible hours.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
A bility to obtain and maintain a national security clearance.
Education/ professional Certifications: Tertiary qualifications in computer science, business, project management or technology-related field or equivalent industry experience.
Project management certifications, for example PRINCE2, PMP, RegPM, MSP, AIM Cert IV would be favourable.
