Delivery Owner About the role

The Delivery Owner is responsible for end-to-end delivery of one or more initiatives (Transformation, BAU and/or Compliance) of varying levels of complexity within their respective practice.
Delivery of initiatives may require interaction across a variety of Practices.
Flexibility is key to this role, as you may be coordinating a large, complex enterprise-level initiative across one or more Practices to support a smaller initiative requiring integration with other activities outside the Practice.

As a Delivery Owner you'll get to... Ensure Initiatives progress through a common assessment process to prioritise against value, customer and people impacts, mandatory requirements, and alignment to transformation roadmap.Work out how to best leverage and scale our way of working to fit in with program deliverables that have scope and time frames.Align delivery work to complete in accordance with the Release schedule.Report any concerns, loss events or incidents of non-compliance to your Risk Specialist /Line Manager.About you Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit #J-18808-Ljbffr
